Notice is hereby given that the Town of Beaver Dam Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the liquor license for Tim Fletcher, bda Hogz & Honeez LLC, located at W7771 Hwy 33, Town of Beaver Dam followed by the monthly meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011 beginning at 7:00pm at the Town Hall at W8540 Cty W, Beaver Dam, WI. The agenda is as follows: Open public hearing to hear for/against issuance of liquor license; close public hearing; Call Town Board meeting to order; Roll call; Verification of publication/posting; Adopt agenda; Approval of minutes of the Nov.8^th& 22^nd   meetings. Reports of Committees; Police Report; Treasurer’s report; Approval/payment of bills; Questions/comments from Town residents on items not on the agenda; Updates/Discuss/Act on the following: Town/City TRIP application, Associated Appraisal revaluation; Liquor License for Tim Fletcher; Adopt Comprehensive Plan;  Dodge County Humane Society dog contract, Road Improvement assessment policy.

Clerks report; operator licenses, discuss any correspondence/information received by clerk, chairman and town officers.  Adjourn.
