Notice is hereby given that the Town of Beaver Dam Board of Supervisors will hold the monthly meeting on Tuesday, Nov 8, 2011 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall at W8540 Cty W, Beaver Dam, WI. The agenda is as follows: Call Town Board meeting to order; Roll call; Verification of publication/posting; Adopt agenda; Approval of minutes of the Oct 11, 20^th, 22^ndand 26^th. Meetings. Reports of Committees; Police Report; Treasurer’s report; Approval/payment of bills; Questions/comments from Town residents on items not on the agenda; Updates/Discuss/Act on the following: Veolia Contract, Town website, Town/City TRIP application, Dodge County Humane Society dog contract, Road Improvement assessment policy, Snow plow dispatch and inventory duties. Clerks report; operator licenses, discuss any correspondence/information received by clerk, chairman and town officers.  Adjourn.
