In-person absentee voting hours for the November 6, 2018 General Election
LOCATION AND HOURS OF POLLING PLACE
The following polling place will be used for Wards1-11:
Town of Beaver Dam Town Hall W8540 County Highway W, Beaver Dam, WI
THIS POLLING PLACE WILL OPEN AT 7:00 A.M. AND WILL CLOSE AT 8:00 P.M.
THIS LOCATION IS ACCESSIBLE TO ELDERLY AND DISABLED VOTERS.

Please register to vote with the Clerk before election day, if possible. You must bring proof of residence (i.e.-current Wisconsin driver's license, electric, cable or phone bill, bank statement) in order to register.

Please be sure to include a copy of your photo identification with your absentee ballot request.
Forms may be mailed to the Town Clerk at W8540 County Highway W, Beaver Dam, WI 53916. They may be dropped off in the secure drop box located to the left of the front door of the Town Hall. They may be emailed to the Town Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
