NEW POST OFFICE PROCEDURES

If you are planning to utilize the postmark for your tax payment please take note of this new procedure so it does not impact your timely payment!

The Post Office has changed their postmark procedures. In most cases the letters are postmarked the next day or up to two days past the physical drop off date.

You MUST request your letter be stamped at the post office during drop off or the postmark WILL NOT reflect the day you actually mail it.
